Face Painting

Almost every summer on our sailing trips we stop at Ganges, on Saltspring Island, BC for the Saturday market. Goods range from bread and fresh produce to glassware and art. Amongst the crowd was a little booth where a little girl was getting her face painted. She was sat quietly with her hands crossed and legs hanging. It was the expression on her face that got me.
