Friends of mine, who once lived in Zimbabwe, took a trip home. They shared their journey with us and the difficulties facing the people there. One of the pictures struck me in the heart. I had attended a presentation by Stephen Lewis at a Hospice conference and had been deeply touched by the plight of all African people. The look on this childÕs face says it all. I had to paint the story.
